1. How long does the process take?

Final drafts are delivered within two weeks of agreed upon start date. Expedited options are available upon request.

2. What are my payment options?

Full payment is required upfront and can be made via credit card through the website’s secure checkout, or through Venmo, PayPal or Zelle. Payment plans are available upon request.

3. Should my resume have a flashy design?

While eye-catching designs might seem appealing, they often don’t perform well with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or hiring managers, especially in traditional industries. I stick to Microsoft Word documents that are clean, modern, and professional to prioritize clarity, structure, and results. It’s what works best.

4. Does my resume really need to stay on one page?

It depends on your experience. Entry-level job seekers and recent grads should aim for one page. If you have years of relevant experience, multiple roles, or significant accomplishments, a second page is completely appropriate. The goal is to keep every line relevant and valuable.

5. What if the final draft doesn’t feel right for my career?

Every project includes a complimentary round of revisions. You'll have a chance to review the draft closely and share any questions or concerns. I’ll make updates based on your feedback and stay available throughout the process to ensure you’re fully confident in the final product.

6. How do you help tailor my resume to different job listings?

Tailoring is key to a successful job search. Every client receives a Job Strategy Toolkit, including a keyword-tailoring guide that shows you how to quickly adjust your resume for different roles. You’ll be equipped with practical tools to adapt your materials with ease.

7. What is your refund policy?

If you're not satisfied with your final documents, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Just reach out via email and we’ll walk through your concerns together.
